Two tins with identical capacity but different diameter and height will burn differently, because melt pool spread depends on wick size relative to diameter — so we recommend filling two or three candidate molds with your own wax and wick and burning them side by side before committing to volume.
Production details matter as much as the tin itself. Lids can be supplied with or without wick holes, bases can carry an embossed logo, and the inner coating is specified for wax contact rather than food contact. For brands selling gift sets we supply molded inserts and dividers so the candles do not shift in transit. Decoration can stay deliberately minimal in a single colour or go full-colour offset with foil stamping, and the same artwork can be applied across an entire family of sizes so a range reads as a coherent range.
